Meet The Team

Centre Director  Geraldine Hyman

Geraldine teaches singing. She has a BA(Hons) in Popular Music and Technology and while at university she specialised in singing. Geraldine has over 7 years experience with Theatretrain. First as a teacher and now as a Centre Director.  Geraldine has also performed in many bands and solo gigs around London, performing covers and her own material.

Dance Teacher    Naomi Ash

Naomi is studying at Guildford School of Acting studying Musical Theatre. Naomi attended Theatretrain between 2006 – 2008 and performed at the Royal Albert Hall (Long and Winding Road), where she sang a solo. Naomi has a wide varitey of creative experience including being the choreographer, musical director and co-director for a youth production of “Godspell” with her church, being the creative director for a charity variety show in her home town, plus writing and performing in her own pantomime. In her gap year, Naomi studied to become a dance teacher under the IDTA and since then has taught in the Canterbury area until moving to Guildford to study. Before starting at GSA, Naomi was a member of a local performing arts company where she had the opportunity to play Maria in “West Side Story”, Carmen in “Fame” and Ariel in “Footloose”

Catherine studied acting at Occidental College in Los Angeles and has been performing for the last ten years in both the United States and France. She has been in numerous plays and film projects. She  recently moved to London and graduated from Central School of Speech and Drama where she got  a Masters in Actor Training and Coaching.
